Upstairs has two queen sized bedrooms each with en suites and a shared sitting/reading room. These rooms enjoy views of the Havelock Hills across to Te Mata Peak.

Downstairs is another queen sized bedroom, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room, sitting room and sun room leading to a walled courtyard for al fresco dining.
